I am so glad I gave BeFit a try. I have tried so many shakes in the past and always disappointed. For the past month I have been drinking a Be Fit shake every morning after my workout. So delicious! wow I am impressed with how yummy these are! I can't decide on what flavor I like better! Not hard to mix and so many things can be added to it! With the Chocolate cream I added a spoonful of peanut butter.

¡La energía que te aporta es increíble! En cuanto a sabor es la mejor que he probado y sin tener las cantidades de azúcar que tienen otras batidas. Me sentí con mucha energía y a la hora de comer me sentía llena. Me sorprendió que muchas batidas caen pesadas al estómado pero ésta aún con todas las vitaminas y minerales que tiene cae super bien. Y aún así te ayuda a bajar de peso. Recomendada 100%.

I have been drinking the Chocolate meal replacement for the last week and I am hooked!! It’s not gritty or vitaminy tasting. I love to put my shake mix in a blender with ice and blend it, taste just like a frosty!! It makes me actually feel like I’m cheating!!

There is never a morning that I miss having a shake! I am always trying new flavor combinations to keep it exciting! Vanilla seems to be the most versatile for me! My favorite recipe is made frozen dragonfruit, cherry, strawberries and spinach! Sometimes I add a sugar free white chocolate syrup to it. It more than fills my to go cup, so I always put the extra in a container in the freezer for an after dinner treat.
