BELLAME BEAUTY INC. Event Terms & Conditions

To attend a BELLAME Beauty Inc. sponsored event, Partners must be active and in good standing, according to the Policies and Procedures. By attending a BELLAME Beauty Inc. event, Partners are consenting to the following:

• I understand that should I not be able to attend the event, no alternate compensation or accommodation will be given. There is no cash equivalent value if I do not attend, whether by choice or personal circumstances, and no amount will be paid to me or refunded to me if I decide not to attend or I cannot attend.
• I agree that BELLAME Beauty Inc. reserves the right to modify event details and dates at any time. Including, cancellation of trips for reasons beyond the control of BELLAME or event/hotel space, including but not limited to “Acts of God”, weather, transportation, civil unrest, war, national emergency, labor strikes or any circumstance that deems the trip/event unsafe or not appropriate. Should this occur, BELLAME Beauty Inc. will not be obligated to reschedule the event or provide compensation for such cancellation.
• I hereby understand and agree that BELLAME Beauty Inc. is not responsible to me or any guest that I invite, for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person or property while participating in the event and traveling to or from the event, including injury, loss or damage sustained as a result of participating in any and all activities connected and associated with this event and hereby waive, release any and all claims against BELLAME Beauty Inc. and any of their employees, volunteers, agents, members, managers, affiliates and representatives, for injury, damage or loss that I may have or which may accrue to me arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with this event.
• I understand that if I bring a guest under the age of 18 years of age, they may share my hotel accommodations providing I have secured my own room. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend business meetings or social events with the exception of a nursing infant. Should I choose to bring a nursing infant, I understand as noted in the paragraph above, I release BELLAME Beauty Inc., any of their employees, volunteers, agents, members, managers, affiliates and representatives, for injury, damage or loss. Please note, hotels/venues can at any time prohibit guests under the age of 18 years of age to attend, due to their own policies.
• I understand that upon attending the event, I consent that all interviews, photography, audio, and video recordings are released to BELLAME for use on social media, promotional purposes, news, advertising and websites by BELLAME Beauty Inc., it’s vendors, and affiliates. No royalties or compensation will be paid in any form. I waive all rights for approval or inspection for any photos, video, or audio recording. The same holds true for any guests I invite and I consent to this on behalf of each guest that attends and will share this and all the above language with each guest prior to the event.
