EXHALE ON DEMAND

Exhale has truly been such a calming addition to my daily routine. I’ve noticed I feel more relaxed, less overwhelmed, and able to unwind easier at the end of the day. I love how convenient it is to take anywhere, and it’s become one of my favorite wellness products from Bellame.

I have pretty extreme anxiety so when I get an attack of know I’m going to become very anxious in a situation I reach for these. Insanely yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night with a muscle ache in my neck from a wreck I was in years ago.
