CHANGE OR CANCEL ANYTIME: You can edit or cancel your subscription selection, frequency, method of payment, or authorized amount at any time online by logging into your account at BELLAME.COM. Five days prior to the replenishment order, an advanced email notice will be sent to the subscription holder as a reminder of the upcoming subscription. BELLAME Beauty reserves the right to change the prices associated with its products without notice. 

BIRTHDAY SAVINGS: Customers and Brand Partners with an active Subscription will receive an annual $20 in Birthday Savings on any $100 order.

TERM: Your Subscribe & Save participation and payment authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your active Subscription by either personally logging into your account at BELLAME.COM to cancel future subscription shipments or by submitting a written notification to us by email ([email protected]) or by mail (6387 Camp Bowie Blvd, Suite B #630, Fort Worth, TX 76116). Notice sent by email or mail must include your name, address, and Customer ID Number.  Notice of cancellation must be received at least five days prior to your next regularly scheduled auto-replenishment shipment date to avoid charges for that month. If a cancellation notice is received fewer than five days prior to your next regularly scheduled shipment date, the cancellation will become effective in the month following the month in which your notice of cancellation is received by BELLAME Beauty.  If you are a BELLAME Brand Partner, this Subscription Agreement is independent of your Brand Partner Agreement; if your Brand Partner Agreement is canceled or terminated for any reason, this Agreement will continue in force until canceled as provided herein. 

RETURNS: BELLAME Beauty offers Customers and Brand Partners a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping and handling charges) on all of its products for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.  The expenses of returning items to BELLAME Beauty will not be refunded. Products damaged by abuse or misuse are not returnable under this return policy. BELLMAE Beauty reserves the right to withhold the shipping charges from the refund if the shipping costs for the returned items were waived when the products were purchased pursuant to FREE shipping above.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: I hereby request and authorize BELLMAE Beauty to withdraw payment for my Subscription(s) from my credit card or bank account identified in this Agreement.  If I have elected to pay by checking account debit, I hereby authorize BELLAME Beauty to electronically withdraw payment from my checking account for orders I place directly and for my auto-replenishment orders (if any) as authorized herein.  BELLAME Beauty is authorized to withdraw payment equal only to the amount of the products, applicable sales tax, and shipping and handling of products that I order, or the subscription orders I have selected.  I agree to pay a $20.00 service fee in the event a check or charge is returned for any reason.  I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal deposited into my account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Bellame Beauty.  I shall hold BELLAME Beauty harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account.
