We started with a proprietary formula that delivers hydrating effects in addition to electrolytes for balance.
We include natural Dextrose in the necessary sugars required in a hydration supplement because it is known to convert glucose faster in your body, compared to other sugars. This is also why Dextrose is a natural choice for hospitals and doctors when it comes to treating dehydration and low blood sugar (this is the main fluid used in IV bags when treating dehydration).

Flavorful boosts for all the inside goods
These little babies pack a huge punch!!! I love the Raspberry Limoncello! The Appletini flavor was not so bad either. I am really not much of a water drinker. I know, shame on me. But the Hydrate Boosts make water intake a breeze. I no longer have a soda or coffee with my meal. I open up one of these packs, add, shake, and guzzle away!
My whole family LOVES the Hydrate Boost! The peach and appletini are our favorite flavors. They are perfect for an afternoon boost of enery. I feel great knowing that we are staying hydrated and helping our skin at the same time. These are perfect for beach and boat days. I always keep some at work and in my car!

Apple, peach, coconut
This is my second favorite flavor in the hydration boost my first is the peach 🍑 . Well maybe it is the coconut 🥥 but either way I really like this product it has helped with my water intake so much.
This stuff is amazing and the taste is so yummy! I love every single flavor and these taste so much better than other brands I have tried. I love adding this with my collagen first thing in the morning knowing I'm drinking my skincare and getting my vitamins in. I struggle to drink water everyday, but this has helped me get over that hump. The packets are great for on the go too!

I have never been a fan of drink additives but this is just SOOOOO good! I have tried all of the flavors and love them all but the Raspberry Lemoncello is definitely my favorite. Not only do they taste great but I can definitely feel the difference with my energy level when I don’t drink it.
No more headaches
Drinking my Hydrate every day as really helped me feel my best and keeps me from having afternoon dehydration headaches. My favorite flavor is Appletini mixed with Lemon Lime Collagen. I've also noticed my skin is clearer since I've been drinking this. I've always been a water drinker, but it's nice to have some flavor.

This is a flavorful way to stay hydrated if you don’t like drinking water! I like to mix the appletini with my lemon lime collagen. Tastes just like a jolly rancher!
Great way to hydrate and replace electrolytes
All I drink is water, maybe too much. When one drinks that much water, it’s important to replace electrolytes. Also, let’s face it, plain water can be a little boring. This is a great way to add flavor. I could feel the hydration. I gave it four stars only because it contains a small amount of Chromium which doesn’t always work for my system.
