We include natural Dextrose in the necessary sugars required in a hydration supplement because it is known to convert glucose faster in your body, compared to other sugars. I'm one of those people who doesn't drink a lot of water and that made me have a lot of headaches. I am taking one bag of hydrating every day, my favorite is the blue flavor. I no longer suffer from headaches.
I drink one of these daily! I love to mix appletini with my beauty boost salted caramel and it taste just like a caramel apple sucker! After having a weight loss surgery a few years ago, I sometimes struggle getting my water content in for the day, but my hydrate boost helps me get in enough water and helps me stay hydrated! It keeps my skin hydrated and glowing as well! My son also loves it too! He drinks one before football every time he has a game or practice.

This is some of the best hydrate drink mix out there. It’s not too sweet/sugary tasting and you can make it more dilute if you want and it still tastes great. All the flavours are good, but I think the appletini is the best.
