Unlike other hydration packets, these have an amazing taste
These were my first hydrate boost
This was the flavor that started it all for us! My husband work outside all day in triple digit heat sweating so bad he cramps at night. We’ve tried everything nothing took the cramps away! He started drinking hydrate boost 2-3 times a day and no more cramps! They aren’t salty and that’s a big plus! Our go to hydration packs!

Better than a sports drink
I am personally not a fan of flavored beverages, but I did not mind the Peach Bellini. My son enjoys the occasional flavored drink, including sports drinks that have questionable ingredients. I bought the peach for him as an alternative. He really likes it and I feel better about what he is consuming.
Kicked my soda habit!
I am terrible about drinking water... always have been. Hydrate is the only thing I reach for now. I love the packets are great or on the go - when I am out I often add to my water. The peach flavor was absolutely delicious! I am noticing that I don't feel as sluggish since I started using it! I think I've been walking around dehydrated for a long time. I'm surprised it doesn't have any weird after taste at all. I will be purchasing this again!

I drink four packs of this everyday. I am amazed at how much better I feel. I had a kidney infection and told the doctor what I was drinking and he told me to keep it up. So that is what I am going to do.
