Best Toner Ever!
Say bye bye to dull lifeless skin. It feels so refreshing going on and you know your skin is extra clean once you use it. It pulls any left over gunk off the skin. I love the cooling effect. I’ve seen it fade my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This toner does exactly what it says!
