This has been the best product that I have ever drank. I can not just drink water by itself until I started drinking the hydrate boost. I normally have a Dr. Pepper in my hands and never drank water. I would get up go by a large fountain drink and would have to have at least 3 of them a day to keep going with my day. Now I don't drink them at all unless I'm having a really bad day. And not even drink a whole fountain drink. All you see me now drinking a bottle of water or my hydrate boost.
I've never been a fan of sport or hydration drinks. They often taste watered down and the benefits aren't worth it. However, I love these Hydrate Boost flavors! I still can't decide which is my favorite, even after ordering several packs! Certainly a much healthier alternative to an afternoon caffeine jolt

This is another yummy product. I'm thankful to be getting the recommended water intake every day. I had a kidney infection when I was a little. I'm supposed to drink 8-8 oz. of water a day. I love the Appletini and Peach Belini mixed.
