Customer Responsibilities - Import and Export Documentation, Duties and Taxes

The customer is responsible for determining and following the regulations for their shipments, including paying all duty, tax, and customs requirements of the destination country. BELLAME does not guarantee delivery of packages that do not comply with U.S. export regulations or the import regulations of the country to which they are sent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all customs declarations and documentation and for all customs duties in the destination country. Any such duties or charges are in addition to the fees earned by BELLAME for its package/mail forwarding service.

You acknowledge that you have a duty to and are solely liable for providing all information required by the laws of the country that is the final destination of your package and the laws and regulations of the United States, including without limitation, information required by 15 CFR Sec. 30 and that you are responsible for maintaining all records as required under any applicable customs or other government agency laws. BELLAME assumes no responsibility to act as a record-keeper or record-keeping agent for you or the US Principle Party in Interest (USPPI). You are responsible to supply to BELLAME all information regarding the USPPI, including its name and employer identification number (EIN), and the ECCN, Schedule B classification and all other information required under a routed export transaction as described in Title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 30, the Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations (FTSR).

Shipping

BELLAME ships by the shipping methods offered in the shipping section shown on BELLAME.com. The Estimated Shipping Time is the estimate for how long the order will arrive in your country.  It does not include the time to get through customs and delivery to your home or business. BELLAME is not responsible for the actual shipping service that is chosen by you. All terms and conditions of the selected shipping service (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) apply to you. You are responsible for assuring that the shipping of your package is not restricted by its contents, size or volume.

BELLAME does not accept prepaid labels for shipping orders to you, with the exception of returns to the original shipper or merchant.

BELLAME does not ship packages to other package forwarders.

Any problems associated with a received package must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Order Returns
You are 100% responsible for all costs associated with shipping a return order back to BELLAME.

To initiate the return process, please submit a Support Request (click support request).

You will receive a confirmation email with all your return details.

To ensure we receive your return as soon as possible, please send it insured via USPS, Fed Ex, DHL or UPS and include your shipping tracking number. Returns must be accompanied by the completed return form received from our Returns department as described above. We cannot refund packages that are lost, so please use a method of shipment that provides tracking.  Shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package. A confirmation email will be sent and the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.  The refund is immediately sent back to your bank. However, the timing of the deposit back to your account is based on your bank.

BELLAME Beauty offers our Customers a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee on all of its products returned to BELLAME within 45 days from the date of purchase.

Partner Starter Kit orders, swag, and or sales tools can be returned to BELLAME within 30 days from the date of purchase and will be assessed a 10% Restock fee as noted in our Partner Policies & Procedures.  Personal products purchased through a Partner account have a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee on all of its products within 45 days from the date of purchase, Sales tools, Swag, and Starter Kits do not apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (as well as any Taxes, if any, associated with the shipping fees) on any product purchase, Starter Kit, or sales tools.

BELLAME Beauty reserves the right to withhold the shipping charges from the refund if the shipping costs for the returned items were waived when the products were purchased through discounted shipping costs.

Missing an item?  Not the product you ordered or did you receive a damaged product? Call 833-BELLAME (235-5263) within 7 days of receipt or submit a Support Request with your order number to have your product replaced.

Other Terms

You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your access and use of BELLAME.com. You may not harvest personal data (including email addresses) from BELLAME.com, and specifically, you may not use email addresses displayed on our sites to ask users to join or contribute to your services. We have the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that BELLAME has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of BELLAME.com, but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating BELLAME.com, to ensure your compliance with this Agreement, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body. Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, you may not use any automated means (such as scripts) to access BELLAME.com or collect information from it.

BELLAME Liability

BELLAME's total responsibility to the Customer for shipped packages shall not exceed the amount of handling fees (excluding actual shipping fees).

Customer shall indemnify and hold BELLAME harmless from any and all claims, including legal fees incurred in defending against said claims, from third parties arising out of the transmission of the package/mail sent by customer through BELLAME.

BELLAME shall not be responsible for any damage from an error or omission caused by you providing false or incorrect information or for failing to provide all necessary information.

Problems with Delivery to the BELLAME Facility

You are responsible for providing a shipment tracking number to confirm that the contents of the package have arrived in our warehouse and are what you ordered from BELLAME. BELLAME will inspect each incoming returned order package to ascertain if the correct package is received and whether or not the address and tracking number are accurate. At BELLAME’s sole discretion, it will close accounts of customers that have a high return rate or are involved in fraud or any type of scheme. In the event of a shipping error, you agree to immediately notify BELLAME within 48 hours so that the error can be corrected.
