Run, don’t walk to get hydrated!
Hydration has become super important to me as I now have to take a water pill and can get dehydrated very quickly. I’ve been drinking those expensive waters that add electrolytes, but the taste is not that great. When I saw this available I knew I had to try it. It’s only 50 calories so I don’t have to worry about crazy calorie intake like sports drinks from the grocery store. First day I used this, I already felt a little more energetic. Coconut Colada tastes amazing!

Appletini is Amazing!
The Appletini flavor is my favorite, it tastes like a green jolly rancher. I like the individual packets and that it is a great alternative to drinking plain water and that being able to stay hydrated.

I can not even begin to explain how much this has helped me. I have tried every flavor and my favorites are the coconut colada and peach bellini. As part of my morning daily routine I drink a Hydrate Boost. I absolutely love the flavors! They taste great on their own or I like to mix them with the Beauty Boost Collagens. I usually mix the Appletini with the Salted Caramel Beauty Boost. Oh so good! The Raspberry Lemoncello, Peach & Coconut all taste great mixed with the Lemon Lime Collagen. I also love the convenience of the individual packets. Makes it super easy to take with you when you’re on the go.
