This cognitive energy is really awesome, because it doesn't make me hyper and bouncing all over the place the way caffeine does. It helps me focus all day long and I don't have the afternoon slump like I normally do.
The cognitive energy has been a game changer for me! I take one in the morning and one late afternoon. It keeps me going all day it work with no jitters & no crashes.
This has been a wonderful supplement. Since l started taking it l feel l stay more focused on my tasks and l’m not so tired. I am not running out of steam or energy by the end of the work day. I have energy to get other things done at home after work and before l was tired and didn’t feel like do much after work. I have this on my auto replenish so l don’t run out !!!
To be honest, I was expecting a noticable difference with these, but unfortunately I have not at all. I did not feel more focused nor more energized. :(

I just started using this last week and holy wow! The energy I'm getting is incredible! Love the fact that it does not make me jittery at all and it took away my need for 1 PM break! My fiance also started it a few days ago and he hasn't come home from work and sat down and fell asleep for 3 days now!

Hello focus!
This supplement has been a total game changer for me. I have a lot of days that mornings are extremely tough. I have trouble focusing and no energy to get done what I need. Taking two of these solves all of that and more. I feel no crash afterwards, I am not jittery. I am sensitive to caffeine and avoid it altogether, but have no issues taking cognitive energy.

I use the Cognitive Energy a few times a week, but not daily. I feel more focused after I take it and am not as distracted by everything when I’m at work.
This is a game changer for me, I have very high anxiety, depression, ADHD imagine my mind all day every day. But since starting this at conference in Aug of 2023 I'll never miss a day or replace it for anything else. This is a life saver, I can focus I can think things through, I'm able to finish my day energized and not just waisting the day in bed. It's got me back on track, no jitters, no crash, none of the bad crud that other supplements usually leave you feeling. But I love that they work
