What a protein
As someone who loves protein shakes and working out this one is one of my favorites! It is so smooth and doesn’t hurt my stomach like a lot of other whey protein shakes! A must have in your pantry!

The chocolate is my go to when I know I’m going to have a busy day and won’t have time for proper nutrition. So so good and blends easy.
Befit shakes
I’m loving the befit. They don’t leave an after taste like most protein shakes. They curb my appetite. And I’m getting all the vitamins and minerals I need. I love putting fruit in mine. And I’ve used milk and peanut butter and bananas in them. So yummy.

These are so good! I’m not a protein powder lover at all but these are by far my favorite! The vanilla is the perfect base to add flavors to.

I can't pick a favorite between choc or vanilla. They're both delicious. Love that it is good for a meal on the go but also has skin care ingredients as well.. Best so far in my opinion.
