Just Add to Water and Hydrate
I have a hard time getting my daily water intake down but not when I have a hydration packet in my water bottle. Gives me the extra hydration I’m lacking and the flavors are so good! Raspberry is my fav!

I have tried all 4 flavors and they are all really good. My favorite two are coconut colada and peach bellini, they mix in flawlessly and make for a pretty drink too. The coconut colada is definitely more coconut than pineapple but it's there. The colder they are the better they taste. This is a fantastic item to purchase, worth every penny and more. Hydrating your entire body is the first step to the best you.

Adding hydrate into my everyday routine has been so easy. These flavors make it extremely enjoyable to drink water. My kids even love it! If I skip a few days I definitely feel it in my energy and my skin. Highly recommend adding every flavor of hydrate to your routine.
All the flavors are delish! This product is a must especially if you’re an athlete/runner. I used this pre marathon and for the first time I didn’t have cramps! Recovery was even better and I attribute it to better hydration.
