Can't go a day without it!
I feel when I haven't had my hydrate. I usually drink 2 a day. If by bedtime I haven't had it, I can tell not only how dehydrated I feel but also that my skin is so dry, and I go right away and drink one. It

Such good flavors
I e tried several different kinds of electrolyte drinks, and these by far have been the best flavored, and don’t give you that bad after taste!
Has helped my dizziness
