How to Use
Place the tip of your liner pen on the upper lash line then gently draw a line that connects outward. For a more dramatic look, wing the line out.

It definitely smudges!
After applying I had to blow dry my eyes to dry the eyeliner because it was sticky and would transfer on to my top lid and felt sticky. I was self conscious about it, that I also would put a translucent powder over my eyeliner to get rid of the stickiness, because I didn't want to waste it. I told my husband about it because of my anxiety about transferring and he said to garbage it and buy a different one. So I am back to my trusty St*la eyeliner.

Great color
The feel and the pigment of the color is great. Stays on well and does not smudge. The only thing that I wish was better is the applicator. I feel it is a little too stiff.

I love how smooth this goes on! It's easy to apply and it lasts all day long! Unlike other liquid liners I have tried, it does not "chip off" half way though the day!

Looooove this liner! I was a fan of the Stilla brand felt tip liner. This is similar. The felt tip is not to flimsy and not hard. I've never had an issue with it "skipping" on my eyelid because it was too hard. I have hooded eyes, so it has been difficult to find a felt tip that has the right density. And it's super easy to control the line. I can make a thin line or build it. Stays in place all day!
It glides so easy without making a mess. It lasts lon even after 8 hours working. I'm so happy with my purchase.
