Great Shakes!
The Bellame replacement shakes are great. They come in both chocolate and vanilla flavors, so you can drink them by themselves or you can make so many different delicious shake combinations with these and they keep you full. They also have great ingredients inside, so you feel good about what you’re drinking!

I've tried these a few different ways and it's much better colder. While it's not quite the flavor that I hoped for, I prefer the vanilla. They're both good flavors though.

So good. Love the taste. Great to have if i don’t have time for lunch. Sometimes I mix the vanilla with chocolate milk instead of water. Tastes like suck a good treat with great benefits.
Great Meal Replacement
As a busy mom I don't always have the time to plate myself a full plate for breakfast or even lunch. This is a great way to enjoy a meal, especially on the go. It's delicious to so that is a huge plus!
The BeFit protein powder has all the goods, it helps keep you full, it’s not chalky, and it tastes good. I don’t do a lot of protein powders to drink, but this one is good. It is also good when making protein balls.
Great after my workout!
I love this protein (vanilla) with almond milk and a banana. It is so yummy and gives my body the energy it needs after a good workout. I use it for my breakfast in the morning because I am not a huge breakfast eater but want to fuel my body.
Mixes well and no griddy taste or weird after taste with either flavor.
