Great taste
This product is not chalky and tastes wonderful.
This makes a great meal for anytime of the day. Easy to mix and add fruit or other items to customize the drink for me and what l like. It tastes good and not chalky and l’m not hungry shortly after. Plus l can take it with me and all l need is water when l’m traveling or out and about.

There are so many reason why you need this BeFit meal replacement shake. Honestly my gut didn't agree with it but my husband has been drinking it and it has helped him so much.
