I love the BeFit protein powder. This is an easy way for me to get my protein intake in on a daily basis. I use my protein in my breakfast pancakes. I love pancakes and I finally have figured out a way to eat them everyday! This protein dissolves easily and keeps me full for hours.

I love the chocolate shake! It is nice and smooth and fills me up. I mix it with espresso, a little 1/2 n 1/2 and the salted caramel collagen, and some ice cubes. It is quick and easy when I'm out on the road.
