Love these shakes! Easy for on the go!
I've tried these a few different ways and it's much better colder. While it's not quite the flavor that I hoped for, I prefer the vanilla. They're both good flavors though.

So good. Love the taste. Great to have if i don’t have time for lunch. Sometimes I mix the vanilla with chocolate milk instead of water. Tastes like suck a good treat with great benefits.
Great Meal Replacement
As a busy mom I don't always have the time to plate myself a full plate for breakfast or even lunch. This is a great way to enjoy a meal, especially on the go. It's delicious to so that is a huge plus!
The BeFit protein powder has all the goods, it helps keep you full, it’s not chalky, and it tastes good. I don’t do a lot of protein powders to drink, but this one is good. It is also good when making protein balls.

I love this protein (vanilla) with almond milk and a banana. It is so yummy and gives my body the energy it needs after a good workout. I use it for my breakfast in the morning because I am not a huge breakfast eater but want to fuel my body.
Mixes well and no griddy taste or weird after taste with either flavor.

BEST Meal Replacement/Protein Shake EVER!!
I haven’t been a fan of protein/meal replacement shakes for years, because they were always so gritty and grainy! If I wanted to press on and drink them anyway, I HAD to drink them with almond milk. I was hesitant on trying BeFit, because I thought they would be the same. Boy was I wrong!! They are smooth and creamy and I can drink them with just water! I love how they take away those times of hunger, not to mention to added vitamins/benefits!

A YUMMY meal replacement! I add banana sometimes, strawberries- you cannot go wrong with this. I also have added to my iced coffee and blend with some crushed ice.
