You won’t be disappointed
These shakes are so delicious! I love the vanilla to make protein balls. This mix is so fine and blends so well. I also love to mix the hydrate with the vanilla to make a delicious shake. The chocolate is my go to daily drink and I love how simple it is! It is a grab and go. No blender necessary
Love the chocolate shake mixed with milk, peanut butter and banana! The flavor is great and it doesn't have that gritty feel that a lot of powders do!
An absolute MUST
I’m telling you I do not go a day without it! They are both so good but the chocolate is my go to! I love it with the unflavored collagen to help my body just function better. If I do miss a day I can tell. My cravings are less when I have this and it has helped with so much! I never want any other shake!

I have a very sensitive stomach and my stomach can’t tolerate some shakes out there in the market. I do well with the Be fit shakes. It has the right amount of protein and fiber to help you and get you through the day. I enjoy the chocolate with a banana , half unsweetened vanilla almond milk and half water. I will sometimes add in some fresh spinach and blueberries. Yummy!
