BeFit Complete Meal Replacement

I haven’t been a fan of protein/meal replacement shakes for years, because they were always so gritty and grainy! If I wanted to press on and drink them anyway, I HAD to drink them with almond milk. I was hesitant on trying BeFit, because I thought they would be the same. Boy was I wrong!! They are smooth and creamy and I can drink them with just water! I love how they take away those times of hunger, not to mention to added vitamins/benefits!

A YUMMY meal replacement! I add banana sometimes, strawberries- you cannot go wrong with this. I also have added to my iced coffee and blend with some crushed ice. This is another Bellame product that just speaks for itself-the ingredient list and benefits are top notch! Meal Replacement and Weight Management in one!

The chocolate is my favorite! I love that it has lots of protein in it and that it tastes great. It is very filling.

I just started using these protein packets and, because I’m always hungry🥺, I was concerned about them holding me until lunchtime. I needn’t have worried! I blended a chocolate packet into almond milk and 2 tablespoons of PBFit. It was delicious and I wasn’t hungry at all. The next one I made by blending a vanilla packet with strawberries and oat milk. It was equally delicious and also staved off my hunger pangs until lunchtime! These are a quick, delicious alternative to my regular smoothie!

I’ve used several different kinds of protein power, most of them taste the same. When I found the Be-Fit, I was thrilled to see the nutritional label. As a nurse practitioner, I see incredible value in not only getting enough protein, but getting your vitamins and minerals in at the same time. Genius!
