My bedtime treat!
I starting drinking this shake twice a day. Once at lunch and the other time, right before bed. It helps me feel full into the morning. I’m prone to late night snacking and this has been an amazing addition to my night time routine.

I absolutely loves these shakes! I usually replace my breakfast with the vanilla shake, add some water and some frozen fruit… voilaaaa my own smoothie… holds me over and keeps me full till lunch 😁. The chocolate shakes for me are a treat sometime after i workout and craving something sweet… add water ice and have my own frosty… i love that the this is a low calorie shake that keeps me full and gives me all the nutrients i need ! Highly recommend!!
Have to try in coffee!
I was hesitant to try these at first. However, when I heard you can put them in your drinks and smoothies, blew my mind. I’m not a chocolate fan, the chocolate & vanilla cream in my coffee is so delicious or even in my morning smoothies. To die for! You got to try it, to believe it.
