Not sure if I like this product to be honest... I do not drink coffee and in the past relied on energy drinks that make me feel jittery and then crash. I have found that this makes me feel that same weird way. I have tried it in the morning after eating my normal light breakfast. I'm going to try it after lunch since it's a bigger meal. You definitely need to eat before taking this!

Good energy
It takes a lot to break through the perpetual fog of exhaustion that it feels like I live in sometimes. This helps me get over that slump and through the day!
If I’m being honest, I was not expecting to be blown away by this product. I was able to try it at conference and got my full bottle then. I couldn’t believe how much it helped me. It didn’t make me feel jittery or any weird side effects- just better focus and energy, without the side effects of caffeine.

I can't rant and rave enough over this product. It did things that took a few days for me to realize what it was doing. My focus is so much better. I am calmer is stressful situations. My anxiety is lower and I'm full of natural energy 🙃. I keep this product on autoship! When I say I can't go without it, I can't go without it!
Not what I expected
To be honest, I was expecting a noticable difference with these, but unfortunately I have not at all. I did not feel more focused nor more energized. I’m going to keep taking and maybe I will notice a difference

Amazing. I was scared to try. Supplements can be scary. I like to know what I’m taking. And this one is a good one. I only take one a day of the recommended 2 but it powers me through and I’m so fretful for that! And it’s good for my body! What else can you ask for?
