BELLAME® is a registered trademark and solely owned by Bellame Beauty Inc.
General Terms.
Bellame eGift Cards can only be used on Bellame.com
The BELLAME Conditions of Use apply. No fees apply to BELLAME eGift Cards. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, BELLAME eGift Card or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able to apply a BELLAME eGift Card to your account or your BELLAME eGift Card Balance to a purchase. When you purchase, receive, or apply a BELLAME eGift Card to your account, or your BELLAME eGift Card Balance to a purchase, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute that may arise between you BELLAME, and its affiliates related to your use of a BELLAME eGift Card or your BELLAME eGift Card Balance.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
BELLAME eGift Card; BELLAME eGift Card Balance; Redemption.
Current BELLAME eGift Cards available $25, $50, $100, $250, $500.
The BELLAME eGift Cards are delivered via email within minutes of completing the order for known customers with a good-standing history with BELLAME. For all new customers not known to BELLAME, your eGift Card delivery may be delayed if issue are found with validating the credit card used for the order, validating the authenticity of the order, validating the identity of the person who ordered. BELLAME will not deliver eGift Cards where there is additional verification of payment use or customer identity.
Your BELLAME Balance displays the total remaining balance of all eGift Cards that have been applied to your BELLAME account but not yet applied to a purchase. We may refer to your BELLAME Balance as your “BELLAME Gift Card Balance” or “eGift Card balance”. To view your BELLAME eGift Card Balance, visit Your Account on BELLAME.com. Purchases are deducted from your BELLAME eGift Card Balance. Any unused BELLAME eGift Card Balance will remain associated with your BELLAME account. If a purchase exceeds your BELLAME eGift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method accepted at Bellame.com.
Limitations.
You can buy up to $1,000 in BELLAME eGift Cards within a 24-hour period.
Your BELLAME eGift Card Balance cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of BELLAME.com or its affiliated properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from BELLAME; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by BELLAME eGift Card restrictions and prohibited activities.
No portion of your BELLAME eGift Card Balance may be transferred to another BELLAME eGift Card account. Neither your BELLAME eGift Card Balance nor your BELLAME eGift Cards may be applied to the purchase of goods or services at any non-affiliated BELLAME property or used outside of the United States.
Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for BELLAME eGift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the eGift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. eGift Cards must be obtained from BELLAME.com, and you are responsible for safeguarding your BELLAME eGift Card Balance or eGift Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any eGift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your BELLAME eGift Card Balance or any eGift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of eGift Card scams that request payment by eGift Card. BELLAME is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any eGift Card. If someone claims that you should pay them in BELLAME eGift Cards, please report it at ftccomplaintassistant.gov.
Use of BELLAME eGift Card Balance or any eGift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By using a BELLAME eGift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a eGift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to BELLAME, its affiliates, partners or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void eGift Cards (including as a component of your BELLAME eGift Card Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer and partner accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a eGift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an BELLAME account (or your BELLAME eGift Card Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO BELLAME EGIFT CARDS OR YOUR BELLAME EGIFT CARD BALANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A BELLAME EGIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT BELLAME EGIFT CARD.
Disputes.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to eGift Cards or your BELLAME eGift Card Balance will be resolved by first contacting BELLAME and making good faith efforts to resolve all issues, rather than in court without notice.
We and you agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted in private communication to facilitate a fair outcome by filling out a Support Ticket at https://support.bellame.com/support/home or calling
1-833-Bellame (235-5263).
BELLAME eGift Card Balance Expiration.
The portion of your BELLAME eGift Card Balance does not expire.
To replace the remaining value on a lost or stolen BELLAME eGift Card, you must provide to BELLAME the original purchase receipt and fill out a Support Ticket at https://support.bellame.com/support/home or call 1-833-Bellame (235-5263).
BELLAME eGift Card Additional Restrictions and Prohibited Activities
There are restrictions in connection with the use of BELLAME eGift Cards. If you engage in these activities, BELLAME may prevent you from claiming or redeeming the eGift Cards, or may take further action on your account without a refund.
You may not:
Sell or exchange a gift card for cash or for any other prepaid payment instrument.
Give or receive a eGift Card as payment for goods or services outside of BELLAME.com. A non-BELLAME entity or individual asking for a BELLAME eGift Card as a payment method for goods or services most likely is a fraud scam.
Never purchase a BELLEMA eGift Card from an unauthorized third party as we cannot guarantee that they are legitimate.
The goods and services eligible for purchase with our BELLAME eGift Cards are subject to change in our sole discretion. You'll need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for an order that includes any ineligible items.
Transfer a BELLAME eGift Card to another person or account once the eGift Card code has been redeemed.
Redeem a BELLAME eGift Card to an account if you are not the intended recipient. An example of when you are the intended recipient is if you received the BELLAME eGift Card as a gift. You are not the intended recipient if you fraudulently deceived the purchaser into giving or selling you a BELLAME eGift Card (even if they willingly do so at the time of transfer).
Use a BELLAME eGift Card for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The list of prohibited activities above is not intended to be a complete or exhaustive list of all prohibited activities. Engaging in any activity that, in our sole discretion, disrupts, or is harmful to our customers, reputation, goodwill, business, or operations is prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activities, or using an BELLAME eGift Card in violation our BELLAME eGift Card Terms and Conditions may result in our taking action(s) against you, including, but not limited to, preventing you from claiming or redeeming gift cards, revoking gift card balances, or closing your account consistent with our BELLAME eGift Card Terms and Conditions.

All content included in or made available through any BELLAME service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of BELLAME or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any BELLAME Service is the exclusive property of BELLAME and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
TRADEMARKS
All graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any BELLAME Service are trademarks or trade dress of BELLAME in the U.S. and other countries. BELLAME's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not BELLAME's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits BELLAME. All other trademarks not owned by BELLAME that appear in any BELLAME Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or partnered with BELLAME.
