When started using Bellame over 2 years ago my skin was oily sensitive and very red. Immediately I started noticing a difference my skin became smoother and the redness all but vanished. I look younger now than I did 5 years ago. The cleanser, serum, moisturizer and eye cream have really made a difference for me!

Experiencing the 21 day challenge shed a light on the fact that we as women neglect ourselves to take care of others. This access to the self challenge group gave me a chance to see like minded women, who struggle with the same things I do. Simple tasks can help a person feel accomplishments from something as simple as making your bed. Completing tasks sets the mood. I started my 21-Day Self Care journey as a way to make time for ME. I had no idea what kind of difference it would make in my day to day life. Being part of the Self Care Community has helped me to not only take care of myself better, but implement activities in my daily routine that help with household organization, my mental wellbeing, and the ability to pour that into others. When I started the self-care challenge with Bellame, I was excited but unsure of the overall impact it would have on me. I feel like through the challenge I started to pay a bit more attention to the little things that I was doing that could help with my self-care, whether it was daily affirmations, speaking kinder to myself, making my bed each and every day. It's all about the little things that add up to big things when thinking of self-care. I love the challenge and look forward to more!
