I love the BeFit Complete Meal Replacement. At first, I had a hard time believing that a mere shake can cut my cravings. I am here to tell you that it works! The cravings I had during the day had almost come to a complete stop. Not only does this product reduce cravings, it decreases fat, increases my energy and boosts my metabolism levels. I have actually lost 35 pounds and I don't know about the inches but I had to buy new clothes! Who doesn't like that?! Vanilla or Chocolate flavors.
