I use these shakes at work to tide me over! I love both the chocolate and vanilla flavor. I use water to mix them and they still have a super rich taste. Also keeps me full from lunch time until I get home from my day. Probably one of the best on the market thus far!

Most of the time protein shakes can be chalky. Not this one. It is so good by itself, mixed with a hydrate boost stick or collagen, or with fruit. So delicious and so versatile. It has helped to curb my appetite at night.

You guys, I was skeptical, until I tried it. I have tried so many different protein powders and hated them all. Until now. Now I drink one almost every morning. I toss a packet of BeFit in my blender with 8 oz of water, my collagen, and whatever fruits I am feeling that day. My faves: vanilla BF with banana, peach and pineapple -OR- chocolate BF with peanut butter and banana...scrumptious. And super filling so I don't snack needlessly all day! WIN WIN!

Best protein shake!!
I’m not big on protein shakes because the chalky taste is a big turn off for me. This one comes is too flavors: chocolate & vanilla, and I honestly can’t decide which one is my favorite! They’re both extremely creamy and there’s so many different recipes you can use whether it’s a drink or a food. I really love mixing it with coffee, using my salted caramel collagen, and a little bit of creamer. But you could drink it plain with water and it’s still amazing and convenient.

I absolutely love the chocolate BeFit. It is the ONLY protein shake that I have ever liked to be made with water. This is so easy to throw a pack in my shaker bottle and have it whenever I need it. I usually keep these in my work bag. They are SUPER filling too.
