Perfect Way to Start My Day!
These shakes are the bomb! The chocolate is a great addition to my morning coffee. Smooth, creamy and provides enough energy to get me through til lunch! The vanilla is so versatile. I love tossing it in the blender with almond milk, a Bellame Coconut Colada hydrate packet, fresh pineapple chunks and a little ice for a great start to my day or for lunch on the go.
Yummy protein
If you are on the go all the time like me you probably don’t have enough time to stop to eat lunch. With this shake you aren’t missing any vitamins, minerals, or proteins that your body needs. It comes in a couple different flavors. I got the vanilla and it taste just like a melted vanilla ice cream so it’s definitely not something I’m complaining about taking!

I love how this shake allows me to get in extra protein on the days that I need it. Makes a quick and easy meal when I'm in a rush, (I'm always rushing lol) I will sometimes put a banana or some blueberries in the blender to make it even more special. Tastes good, mixes well, and it's packed with so many vitamins. I can't decide if the vanilla or chocolate is my favorite. They are both equally delicious!! I make sure I never run out!!
I had been on the lookout for a new meal replacement for a long time. When I first tried BeFit, it tasted okay. I felt like it was a little chalky/grainy. However, after taking awhile off, I recently decided to try it again. The chalky/grainy texture is gone and I really enjoy the flavor. Not to mention it is a great boost of protein for my morning!
Was not a fan
I tried the vanilla flavor of this. I only drank it 2 times. It is way too sweet for me. Maybe the other flavors are better. I couldn't get past.thw sweetness of it. Still sitting in my cabinet and I'm not sure what to do with it. I could have returned it buy totally forgot about the return policy.

The best shake
I’ve tried the chocolate and it tastes great. I mix it with my coffee and sometimes add in the salted carmel collagen. It is so easy to get my nutrition in while on the go.

I didn't think I would be a fan of the Befit and then I tried it and now I'm a huge fan. I like it for a morning meal replacement the vanilla mixed with the salted caramel collagen is very tasty. And a side benefit I have lost a couple pounds.
