Quick, easy and tasty
Motherhood brought me great joy, but it also brought extra pounds. Implementing these shakes into my daily routine helps me meet my protein goals. My workday can get extremely hectic. They come already portioned and they taste great as well. All you need is water and you're all set!!!!

This is the product that brought me to Bellame. A friend of mine told me about it and gave me a sample packet. When I experienced the fullness that this product gave me I knew it was a complete nutritional product. The 21 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber gave me energy and helped me to feel as though I had a full meal. Using this product has helped me meet my weight loss goals.
Best way to start the day
These creamy shakes are perfect to get the day started. I’ve never been a breakfast person. Now I start the day with a shake and I’m fully until lunch. I use almond milk with mine. Sometimes I add the salted caramel hydrate for an added flavor. Delicious!!!

Best meal replacement shake with 21 grams of prote
This meal replacement shake is delicious! And with 21 grams of protein it’s definitely my go to shake. I put the chocolate flavor in my coffee each morning (instead of sugar or cream). It’s a great way to start my day with a high protein breakfast and taste good blended with fruit, berries and or bananas yummy
Chocolate and vanilla
I have used both of these flavors and I think vanilla cream is my favorite not 100% sure haha cause they both taste wonderful. They have cut my craving down and I have lost weight which is what I wanted! Thanks be fit!
The chocolate dream mixed up nicely for my morning drink! The flavor was nothing special or different from other protein drink mixes I’ve tried! I will definitely like to try the vanilla one next to see if I will like it better!

I'm not typically one to rant and rave over shakes because s lot of the times they go hand in hand with a weird, chemically aftertaste.
That's the biggest difference I've seen with the BeFit Shakes. No weird aftertaste.
I personally prefer the vanilla, it the chocolate is definitely worth giving a shot if you're a chocolate fan.

Love these meal replacement shakes! I’ve tried the chocolate and vanilla and have loved both, but if I had to pick just one I’d go with the vanilla because of all the additional ingredients I add to it that make it even more filling. I usually drink it with water, ice, a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Yuuuum!!

I love all the different ways I can drink these, but mixing them with just plain H20 has been so easy and tasty for me! So many great benefits, and they actually TASTE GOOD! I use them as a snack to hit my protein goal rather than a meal replacement!
