So good!
I love this protein especially as a busy mom. Usually in the morning I have no time for myself and make it to lunch without having had food for fuel. This protein is delicious with no chalky texture/flavor. I will add two shots of espresso on those busy mornings to get me going for the day. I love how easy these make my mornings and keeps me full.

I have both vanilla and chocolate be fit. They both mix up so creamy and smooth! They are very filling and not chalky like other shakes. The vanilla is my favorite because it is perfectly sweet. I like to mix salted caramel beauty boost into my chocolate be fit for the added benefit of collagen. Very tasty!
