I have one meal replacement when I wake up, and it gives me the perfect balance to start my day. It is not full of sugar and has the proper nutrients to help me feel my best. The taste is wonderful also!

Since having weight loss surgery. It was very important for me to keep my protein levels up to 100grams a day! So I was well pleased with the protein at 21 grams with Fiber and low net carbs is essential for my health and the taste was smooth without any grit or chalky texture! Taste great!

As a busy mama of three breakfast doesn't happen much for me. But these befit shakes make it so easy. They taste great and really do keep me full til I'm able to get a meal. The benefits are top notch with all the high end ingredients. I also love using this for a post workout snack or if I'm craving something sweet late at night but don't want something heavy this is perfect!

I am loving this vanilla protein mix. It blends easily without being chunky. It is best to not use ice cold water to get the protein powder to mix well. Vanilla is my favorite because I can make it into any flavor that I want to with either a scoop of sugar free jello pudding or with a little swig of flavored coffee creamer. I love that this product benefits my health inside and out. I love using the Bellame shaker with this product too and love the mixer ball being plastic.

I have never been loved a Chocolate flavored protein fan until trying this product. I love that it make me feel full for a several hours and I love that it is helping my health out from the inside out. I have even made a blended drink that was icy that was great and put this in coffee to make a mocha.

This shake is like unlike any other shake you’ve had. It taste, absolutely wonderful, or my experiences been in the past most taste chalky, and this one certainly does not. It’s a great replacement and it keeps you full. I mix mine with one percent milk.

These shakes are incredible. I’ve lost 15 pounds just by adding them into my daily meal routine. My favorite way to enjoy them is blended with 50 calorie OJ, frozen mango, and Vanilla Be Fit. TRUST ME!

I don’t think I have ever liked a meal replacement until this one. I love both the chocolate and the vanilla! I love adding a banana to the vanilla and a salted caramel collagen. I ike to add the salted Carmel to the chocolate too. Mmmmm it’s good

Great product! Tried it with chocolate milk and the double chocolate taste is amazing. I sometimes like it in the evening when I feel hungry and it curbs my appetite just right. Amazing!
