In January 2023 I added BeFit Complete to my daily life, 1-2 shakes a day. Now, October 2023 I am down 32 pounds + counting I feel amazing! I love how convenient the shakes are, literally no excuse for me to NOT make a healthy choice. But flavors are great but I tend to lean more towards the chocolate. I just mix it with water in a shaker + that's it!
Many different recipes
This product can be mixed several different ways. I have used almond milk to mix with it and also have used water. The vanilla tastes great by itself or mixed with the salted caramel collagen or peach Bellini hydrate. The chocolate tastes great by itself or mixed with the salted caramel collagen. It’s helps to replace a meal. Great for on the go or just wanting a quick shake or replacement meal.
These are so good! I've tried both the vanilla and chocolate and they both taste fantastic. I love that it's a meal replacement and not just a protein shake. There's so many variations and ways to make these even better. Sometimes I use almond milk with ice and make a shake. Other times I use coffee with some ice and makes a great iced coffee. You can add fresh fruit or even greens to get your veggies in. They are very versatile and go with anything.

I absolutely love these protein shakes. They provide a great amount of protein with very few calories and taste great. My favorite is the Vanilla with a little added frozen fruit. You don’t even know your are being healthy since they taste so great.
