It has taken me a long time to find a protein shake that doesn't taste chalky. The chocolate cream is my favorite. I feel full and dont crave snacks until it is lunch time.
I really didn’t think I would like this BEFIT COMPLETE MEAL REPLACEMENT I can tell you when I tried it I loved it the taste is great love it.

This is some of the best tasting, and easily dissolving protein I’ve tried ! Truly impressed with the how well this protein dissolved in just a shaker! No grittiness! It’s smooth and easily drinkable as is! Although I love adding cocoa and honey to the chocolate to make a chocolate frosting shake it’s definitely one you don’t need to add much too to want to drink it. It keeps me full for hours and has well rounded nutrition. Great product!
Protein shake
I have a really hard time with protein meal replacement shakes. This one was a little too chalky for me to enjoy. It does have good ingredients and I was impressed with the protein content. I tried the vanilla flavor and had a hard time finishing the one I made. I have a friend that loves them so I gave them to her.
