Due to the fact I absolutely cannot STAND plain ol' water (even though i have a well 😁) I stay dehydrated, have horrible migraines, and my kidney function is low. I tried the appletini hydrate boost and i fell in Loooooove!! It reminds me of green apple blow pops or jolly ranchers! On the 2nd day of drinking it, I realized my headaches were gone, I didn't feel as lethargic, and my kidneys began working better...DAY 2, y'all!! I love drinking my hydrate boost one by one, but the best part is being able to mix and make different flavors. I also mix them with my collagen and get a 2 for 1 drink! My son and his friends love them when they are playing travel ball to keep them hydrated.
