Love the shimmer
Sometimes I use the illuminating primer as my foundation if I want a light makeup look. It is smoothe to go on and is perfect for everyday wear, with or without foundation.
This illuminating primer will give you a soft glow. It makes applying your foundation so smooth. I love the way my skin is lightly highlighted when I use this before foundation. Best primer for dry skin
I have dry skin so a lot of primers don’t do me any justice. The illuminating primer not only gives my skin a healthy glow, but it actually provides nourishment that I need for makeup to lay softly and smooth.
